1. Cancellations
Free Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment time will be considered late, and no refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

2. Refunds
Services Rendered: We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided.
Online Payments: For pre-paid appointments, if you cancel at least 1 hour before the appointment time, you may use the credited amount to book another service with us within a specified period (subject to availability). Please contact us for assistance.

3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend an appointment without prior cancellation, the appointment will be considered a “no-show,” and any pre-paid fees will not be refunded.
